The goal of this project was to thoughtfully reconfigure the home within a 300 square foot expansion limit. By studying strategic layout shifts—including relocating the kitchen and converting the garage into functional living space—we were able to transform the residence from a cramped, inefficient layout into an open, welcoming environment ideal for hosting friends and family.
